Emma Rose Kenney is an American actor from the United States. She played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless from 2011 until 2021. Harris Conner Healy was her character in The 10th episode of Roseanne as well as the spin-off, The Conners. Kenney was a New York City native born in the fall of 1999. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer formerly from the New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer) is her mother. Emma Kenney is born the same place in the same city as Emmy Rossum.
