Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny, in 1950 on February 3rd is an American actress. She rose to prominence in the late 70s as well as the beginning of the 80s with the roles she played in numerous television shows, where she was portrayed as a glamourous actress. Fairchild first appeared on the show Search for Tomorrow on CBS as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. As the first actress portraying Jenna Wade, she made her TV debut on CBS's soap opera daytime Dallas in 1978. In the following year, she landed a leading role for her role in the NBC series Flamingo Road (1980), which earned her an Golden Globe Award as Best Actress for a Television Series - for that series. Fairchild also starred in ABC's short-lived show, a primetime action drama Paper Dolls. Later, from 1985-1986 she played the role of attorney Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also an actor on stage and has appeared in a variety of TV comedy shows, including Murphy Brown, for which she won an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Star in Comedy Series. She is a board member of SAG-AFTRA. She was born in Louisville Kentucky to a hotel manager as well as a housekeeper, Lawson was passionate about acting at an early time. As a child she started performing in local theatre productions. Following graduation from an all-girls Catholic High School. Maggie Lawson's career began at age eight when she began to participated in theatre productions. Then she relocated into Los Angeles for her first TV pilot when she was 15. She was 15 when she relocated to Los Angeles in search of her first television pilot.
