Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. The actress gained fame in Australia through her character Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap opera Neighbors in a series of ten episodes that were broadcast from 2006 to 2007. Her Hollywood debut in two different projects. The first one was Hollywood & Wine a choral comedic project where she played a young aspiring actor. In the 9th season of Scrubs she appeared as Maya who was a beautiful medical student. However the series is suddenly ended. After that, she continued to shoot the Farrelly brothers-produced comedy known as Good to Shoot. It was starred by Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress appeared in short series films as well as B-Series movies. In 2013, she received greater exposure. She was featured in the six seasons of Franklin and Bash and landed her very first regular role on the show, Chosen. Milo Ventimiglia played the lead. In the two first seasons, she also gives the solution to Chad Michael Murray. In the following seasons, she was in supporting roles in two feature-length films that were set on airplanes. The first was a television film produced by SyFy's Flight 7500. It featured the actors of television programs. The other one is Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She plays a pilot. It's Gabriel Luna who shares her poster, for the new show Matador. The first season of this action drama, where the actors play CIA agents under the direction of Robert Rodriguez comprises only 13 episodes. A pilot of a different show that hasn't had much success, is being developed. In 2015 she then shared a B'series romance Borrowed Moments poster with Brian Krause and was a part of the comedy Witness for Rent, worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. Also, she is part of the large-scale distribution of Terrence Malick's speculative Knight of Cups. In addition, she is featured in five of the Satisfaction episodes.
